Cooking tips

Preheat oven (180*C gas mark 4-5) allow approx. 40 minutes per kilo plus an additional 20 minutes.
The breast comes supplied in it's own oven ready cooking bag. Just pop in the oven, as is, for a beautifully moist turkey roast.
Once cooked, carefully scissor cut the bag open, collect the juices for your gravy, allow roast to set for 20 minutes then slice and serve (on hot plates) this easy to cook and easy to carve delicious roast

2kg turkey breast will feed 4-5 Adults
2.5kg turkey breast will feed 5-6 Adults
3kg turkey breast will feed 6-7 Adults
3.5kg turkey breast will feed 7-8 Adults
