Kelly Bronze Turkeys are raised in the heart of Ayrshire, free to range in the clover meadows surrounding the farm and are fed on an oat rich, well balanced, natural cereal diet, with no artificial additives. Cooking tips
A KellyBronze will cook quicker because of the intramuscular fat that is not present in a standard bird. Remove the meat from the oven as soon as the needle hits 60°C and leave to stand for at least 30 mins.Servings
A 4.5 kg turkey will feed 6 to 8 AdultsA 5.5 kg turkey will feed 8 to 10 Adults
A 6.5 kg turkey will feed 10 to 12 Adults
